Do you feel unprepared for working life situations in English? The aim of this online course on intermediate level is that you gain some confidence with your writing and speaking skills in workplace context. Politeness and customer service is our main focus. We will also do listening and reading comprehension tasks and discuss some intercultural aspects which need to be considered.
This is an online course with lessons on the Zoom platform. We meet on Zoom every other Tuesday 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. The Zoom meetings take place on 18.3., 1.4., 15.4., 29.4., 13.5., 27.5. The course also includes non-real-time online teaching and independent study here in Moodle.
