This is a vocational English course in customer service. We'll study the material on Thursday and Friday afternoons during the 3rd term in 2024 and there is no final exam at the end of the course. All you have to do is to attend the classes regularly and submit the assignments. You will not be assessed during the course and will get a 'completed' mark on Wilma after the course.
