Develop your ability to talk about your own work with the help of Blake, an American teacher.
If you would like to gain confidence and effectively communicate about work related matters in English, this is the class for you. In this course, we will focus on key aspects that make you effective in the workplace including, your ability to confidently convey key instructions and feedback to colleagues and clients. We will use a variety of questioning and communications strategies that will generate interest in your work-related tasks and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to practice these acquired strategies with others in virtual on-line sessions. Additionally, this course will focus on the development of your practical work-related documents such as your CV, personal work biographies and cover letters in English. This course has a combination of virtual on-line session studies and a variety of outside learning material in Moodle.
