We will build up both grammar and vocabulary, as well as listening and speaking skills. The book covers various real-life situations and phenomena, e.g. transport, travel experiences, renting things as well as health problems and systems.
You will learn to talk about driving experiences and pass on messages. You can discuss issues connected to health systems and talk about research and surveys. You will learn to express shock and surprise and emphasise how you feel. You will also learn to tell jokes better! All this, and much more, with a partner or in small groups. The grammar includes uncountable nouns, emphatic structures, talking about the future and the use of determiners.
