In our weekly online meetings, hosted by a jovial British native speaker, we’ll share our ideas about current events and items in the media. In our own time we’ll read the news, listen to podcasts and watch video clips online. As well as serious news, we will also make time to discuss articles about culture, entertainment, literature, food, etc. Students are encouraged to contribute topics to the course based on their individual tastes. Depending on the group, we can also include some short grammar exercises to jog our memory on some English syntax.
