You will carry out tasks and exercises that are based on real-life working situations. Through these exercises you will improve your fluency and confidence in spoken and written English, also using groupwork and pair work. You will develop your knowledge of professional vocabulary, relevant grammatical structures, and gain confidence to communicate in professional contexts.
Topics of units 8–10 include selling products and services, sales negotiations, thinking and talking about leadership and management, understanding the concept of sustainability and its effects on work and leisure, and making a press release. Grammar includes the first and second conditional, the third conditional, and the passive versus the active voice.
