If you would like to gain confidence and effectively communicate about work-related matters in English, this is the class for you. In this intermediate level course, we will focus on key aspects that make you effective in the workplace, including your ability to confidently convey key instructions and feedback to colleagues and clients. We will use a variety of questioning and communications strategies that will generate interest in your work-related tasks and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to practice these acquired strategies with others in the sessions.
The online teaching happens live on Zoom. You will receive the instructions on how to join the course online a couple of days prior to the start of the course. The lessons will not be recorded.
