After trying dozens of AI tools I realized the problem isn’t quality — it’s relevance. Most tools are built around what they can do, not what you actually need done. Switching to a workflow-based approach where the need drives the tool selection has saved me hours every week. Wish I had discovered this mindset sooner instead of jumping between random tools.
