In accordance with European law, on 06.04.2019, new and existing users of Omnia’s Moodle will need to accept the updated data usage agreement in order to continue using Omnia’s Moodle.

The agreement states that:
- Registered student data is available for teachers in order for teachers to provide relevant and accurate feedback and grading.
- User’s email address, first name, last name, and password are stored in the Moodle service. The password is created by the user and is only available for the user to see. If the user account is not used for 4 years, it will be deleted from the Moodle service.
- User’s names are visible in the system for the purpose of sending messages and for teachers to add students to courses. The user can store other information in his own profile for other users of the system.
