If you would like to gain confidence and effectively communicate about work-related matters in English, this is the class for you. In this course, we will focus on key aspects that make you effective in the workplace, including your ability to confidently convey key instructions and feedback to colleagues and clients. We will use a variety of questioning and communications strategies that will generate interest in your work-related tasks and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to practice these acquired strategies with others in the sessions.
This course has a combination of live session studies and a variety of learning material and weekly tasks in Moodle.
We meet live (in class and in a Zoom virtual classroom) once a week on Saturday 10:00 - 11:30 am.
